For this cross‑platform advertising campaign, we were tasked with creating a complete suite of high‑quality CGI illustrations and animations for the iconic Cocio and Pucko chocolate‑flavoured milk drinks. The goal was to develop a dynamic, visually striking set of Point‑of‑Sale visuals paired with animated assets for social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and wider digital advertising channels. At the centre of the campaign was a hero moment: a bold, stylised chocolate liquid explosion bursting from the top of the bottle—an effect the client wanted to feel both energetic and impossible in the real world.
The brief required us to produce a 100% accurate digital replica of the client’s product that could be used flexibly across all campaign materials. Using our bespoke in‑house photogrammetry rig, we captured the bottle with full precision, allowing us to re‑create the product in exacting detail. This approach enabled us to freely rotate the bottle, relight it for various compositions, and effortlessly switch label designs and lid colours depending on the version required. Beyond the hero geometry, the campaign demanded a unique liquid splash—something physically inspired yet artistically heightened—designed to amplify the brand’s bold personality.
We built the 3D model in 3Ds Max, capturing every contour of the original bottle, while the liquid splash required a hybrid workflow. Using RealFlow, we simulated core fluid behaviour before baking the simulation and refining it manually through keyframe animation to achieve a controlled, sculptural splash silhouette. This combination of physics and craftsmanship allowed us to deliver a dynamic yet brand‑friendly result. All assets were rendered at 10K resolution using Corona Renderer, giving us rich detail and photorealistic materials. Finally, the images and animation were composited and polished inside Adobe After Effects complete the production pipeline.
The final campaign delivered a versatile library of still and animated assets that remained faithful to the real product while elevating its presence through premium CGI artistry. The hero splash became a signature visual element across POS displays, social feeds, and web advertising, giving the brand a bold, instantly recognisable moment of impact. Our pipeline also enables future updates with ease—from swapping labels to adjusting bottle variations—ensuring the campaign assets remain adaptable long after initial delivery.
