Spin the Smart Home: Cloud‑Hosted 3D Wi‑Fi Explorer for Events and Global Audiences

We created a solution which could be cloud hosted on our fast media streaming servers enabling the users to interact in real-time and rotate around via an intuitive interThis virtual experience was used at live events but also helped the client to extend the reach of the concept by having a cloud hosted version which allowed the client to reach more people form more locations around the world not just the people who attended the live events.face. As a result, the users could interact with the 3d model and gain a better understanding of how WIFI is deployed throughout a domestic environment via its ‘Smart Home System’. The interactive experience focused on providing information based around WIFI strength, usage and enhancement settings that could be turned on to improve signal strength during peak use periods also highlighting how the system eradicated cyber security via its unique firewalls.
